Not all motorized vehicles are allowed on public/private road or rails-to-trails paths.
Riders should request and receive permission in writing prior to operating a motorized
vehicle on any public bicycle path or trail from the controlling entity. Most Public Trails
do NOT accommodate motorized vehicles without permission. Know Your State and
Local Ordinances.
